November 06, 2007 ... Trust on hold.

On November 05, 2007 John Evans, the Director general of the Security Service, revealed that between 2000 and 5000 Islamic extremists including some as young as 15 years of age, are holding 60.8-million UK citizens including 1.5-million Muslims hostage to their intolerant ideology. Contrary to pronouncements, the UK is not a small country, it has a population three-quarters that of the EU’s largest member-state, Germany, which has similar problems. As does France, Holland and Denmark, to cite further examples. All across the EU, rights and freedoms are being subverted by our security services in consort with member-state and supranational EU administrations. This is totally counter to the trust placed in democratically elected governments, whose principle responsibility is to secure our rights and freedoms. In other words, the hallmark of western culture is that we do not have to live in fear of our enemies, domestic or foreign, including our elected governments and security services due to inaction and damaging actions.

As per a recent Policy Exchange report about radical publications available in many British Mosques and other outlets, and which are mostly funded and encouraged by Saudi Arabian Whahabis, it is claimed that this is tantamount to incitement. This is also claimed for radical Imams, and many Islamic internet sites. Whilst this has some impact, to be sure, we must not reach for the solution of the prohibition of free expression, since this is again counter our trust in government and the security services to not undermine the concept of freewill, which is fundamental to western culture.

For security to be achieved as we trust it to be achieved, it is imperative that our enemies are in no doubt hat they and their directors, sponsors and associates will suffer dire consequences, and not operate in the near certainty that their enemies will do all in their power to do their job for them, by way of legislation and capitulation.

Apart from the fear and uncertainty generated by not confronting the radical Islamists, there is is also the tens of billions of Pounds and Euros dedicated to not confronting the enemy, to be considered. A cost that is not decreasing. The Iraq war, for example, is estimated to have cost at least ten times its original estimate, more than the cost of World War 2, and with missing and unaccountable for billions. We simply cannot afford this, financially or culturally. It takes a small police force just to keep one radical under supervision and/or surveillance. The millions squandered in the cost of repeated high-court appeals, notwithstanding.

For trust to be regained, it is absolutely imperative that the 2000 to 5000 intolerable radicals are confronted without delay on behalf of 60.8-million UK citizens including 1.5-million Muslims.
